Recently I decided it waqs time to migrate from a HDD to an SSD and used AOMEI Backupper to clone the hard drive. This worked without a problem and the speed up was quite a revelation.
Having worked for some time using the SSD, it seemed logical that if I cloned the running SSD to a second SSD, I would have a plug in backup of the machine (minus incremental changes).
